Incredible, the most amazing custom hotel

a good place to unwind

Stayed with family during the long end-of-year holiday. The room was clean and spacious, the view from the balcony was stunning, and the kids had fun feeding the animals and swimming in the spacious pool.

I've been here 8 times, my kids don't want to go to any other hotel, every school holiday they have to come here.

Satisfying and want to come back again

The family was very happy.. The intention was to leave early so as to avoid the odd-even traffic policy.. After going around to other places, we arrived at 11.. Thought about going there to see the facilities while waiting for 2.. And it turned out we could check in straight away, the staff were very friendly.. The facilities were top-notch (very kids friendly).. Thank you Seruni, I will definitely come again next time..

The hotel was very nice, and the view was also amazing. However, the dinner food wasn't delicious at all, and it seemed haphazard, with no variety. The breakfast was still okay, with a decent variety. However, on the second day, we thought the second-floor breakfast restaurant would have the same menu, and the staff told us it was. When we tried the second-floor restaurant, it turned out to be very different from the first-floor restaurant. Some of the dishes weren't ready yet, even though it was already 8 a.m. In the end, we moved to the first-floor breakfast restaurant.

This hotel is really good

Please improve the quality of breakfast, many other hotels have improved, hotels like Seruni should be able to offer better variety, also pay attention to the taste.

Disappointed because I was given a room on the 2nd floor (I deliberately paid more to get a balcony) so I could get a view of the parking lot! After complaining, I was given a room on the 4th floor, oh and one thing to remember, I was reminded "ma'am, don't use the room yet" come on, this is not the first time I've stayed at a hotel and the village people mess up your room. I checked in around 6-7 pm, the next day someone asked for a late check out, but they also didn't give it. So set your expectations

The staff is friendly and very helpful. The views are stunning, and it's family-friendly. It's perfect for small children, and there are several swimming pools to choose from.

The room view is really nice...it's nice to stay here....it's been a shame that the restaurant's taste is lacking for a long time. Please improve the breakfast.

Even though we often come here, it's a shame that the room we got was uncomfortable because the room sometimes smelled of salted fish, fried rice and all kinds of smells. The operator called and said that maybe there were guests who brought a stove. After complaining to the receptionist several times, it turned out that the kitchen on the 2nd floor was under the room we got. After moving rooms, we were given a room close to the water drain which was very loud like a waterfall. The TV was also broken and had lines and no color, and the water heater was also broken so there was no hot water, it turned out to be leaking. So I'm fed up and don't really recommend it even though this is the 5th time I've been here, this time I was given a really bad room, very disappointed 😓😌

The hotel staff is very friendly, the hotel environment is quite clean, the room is quite comfortable, it's just a shame that the corners of the room are full of thick dust that looks like they were deliberately not mopped clean, in the corners of the room there is dust even though the clean floor must have been cleaned because the corners were not cleaned, because it was in areas that were directly visible, not in hidden places. The round lamp above the female statue was also dead, even though I hoped it would be on to add lighting. And please wipe the statue in the room so it doesn't get dusty. The entertainment provided by the hotel is quite interesting, there are traditional dances too but why must there be belly dancing which is not our culture? it's not worth watching, our family and children are also uncomfortable watching. please pay attention to this. other than that, the food, the service I am quite satisfied this is not the first time we have stayed at Seruni, hopefully we can come back here again in the future.
