good experience to had staycation at JS Luwansa. new experience to try LRT because the hotel is very close to the LRT station Rasuna Said. Park area is wide and very close to the famous ramen spot and other restaurant. Recommended and will be back of course. And good swimming pool and gym. Thanks

Praise God, I was able to bring my in-laws to celebrate New Year 2026 here. Rooms 1404 and 1406 are connected, making it convenient for us to visit each other's rooms. Thank you Security, FO, Concierge, and HK for providing the best service. For the restaurant staff, maybe their service to guests needs to be improved, maybe next year they should make a time to visit the room guests, approximately what time they want breakfast so that it doesn't overcrowd and long lines at OLAM Resto, especially since many of the food runs out and is not immediately refilled, I even waited 30 minutes to get a side dish from Chicken Teriyaki to Chicken Katsu. The mushroom vegetables taste bland. Sweet tea is available but sugar is not on the table, because the previous guest had used up the sugar, when the five of us sat down, sugar was not added. The omelettes ordered 2 but could only be eaten 1 because the omelet had no salt taste, even though my in-laws and I are omelet lovers, this is the part that made me cry. If you can't accommodate guests at the restaurant, there should be an option to have it delivered to the room and a win-win solution. The pool has a beautiful view and is clean. The New Year's celebration was great, and the New Year's food was delicious. That concludes my experience. Have a good night's sleep 🎀

Clean rooms, great location. Next to Pasfes. Standard room size.

At breakfast, cutlery wasn't provided, and we weren't even offered coffee or tea. The food was delicious and varied. We were given a separate room, supposedly a deluxe room, but we were given a twin bed joined together, leaving a gap. Instead, we offered a crib for the baby. The toilet smelled awful, making it uncomfortable at times. The location is very strategic. Thank you, hopefully it will improve.

Love it, clean place close to amenities

Feels like home. The room was clean, the staffs are friendly. Got a super cute towel doll in my bed and the staff is re-arrange my messy make-up stuff. Surely will visit JSLuwansa again for the next staycatiom.

The location is strategic, accessible by Transjakarta/LRT. Close to Plaza Festival so it's easy to find food, breakfast is not so bad although the taste is so-so for the overall food. The service is top-notch and the hotel staff from the receptionist, security, and housekeeping are all very friendly. If you bring a car, you can register your license plate for free parking. You can also request decorations because we stayed to celebrate my husband's birthday, thank you Mas Fauzi for the adorable and artsy mirror decorations!

The hotel is comfortable and close to public facilities too, it is really worth staying here.

I like the interior and the front, close to the festival market. But the additional breakfast is very expensive.
