Lots of ants, the waterhiter sometimes turns on sometimes doesn't. More importantly, the room area we rented was combined with the gathering area, which disturbed us. It was very noisy so we couldn't rest..(the morning exercise program at 05.30 had already turned on music in front of the room we rented) we were shocked because it was very noisy..and our balcony area was used for sitting, which was very disturbing. Our input is that things like this should be considered if there is a gathering area, separate it and inform other tenants..the management's response to this matter was 0%. The food at breakfast also didn't have many variants and the refills took a long time.

Type Hasya 1 looks like it is not well maintained, the room is not soundproof, the window blinds have holes in them so you can see the front, the sink is broken, the water is small, the lights cannot be turned off, the stairs to the room have no handle and the wooden handle above is shaking, the top floor is noisy , some of the wood is brittle, cleanliness is also very poor. Maybe because the building is old even though the hotel atmosphere is quite good. The swimming pool looks like it hasn't been cleaned, lots of moss. Found this hotel from Google Maps who happened to be looking for accommodation in the Daong Coffee area. Coincidentally, some reviews of the place were good so we decided to stay here. I ordered the Kartala room type on Friday, and it turned out that only my husband and I were in this area. So there haven't been any visitors or people coming, maybe because it's Friday. The place is cool, beautiful with lots of trees and also very calm. Even at 7pm when we went out, we planned to go to Daong for coffee and it felt very quiet, there were no signs of life in the accommodation area until we got to the front area and only a few guests were staying. But thank God there were no strange or scary incidents, everyone was safe even though it was just the two of us, it felt very private. But in the morning I woke up because there was a gathering from the office. That's all, you should try staying on a weekday to feel the private sensation.

Menginap di Jiwanta 10, wifi weak, tidak bisa digunakan. TV kabel menggunakan wifi juga tidak bisa digunakan. Kamar mandi sepertinya disekat tidak full ke atas sehingga suara sebelah terdengar. Ketinggalan tas kecil di kolam renang persegi, tidak ada CCTV untuk area publik. Sangat disayangkan untuk area seluas 2 Hektar. Untuk spot view bagus.

Hotel murah, tapi suasananya dapet banget ala bali😍. Syahdu, banyak pepohonan, kamarnya juga bersih, disarankan banget untuk yang bawa keluarga kesini, karena tipe superiornya muat 3 orang😍

Tempatnya luass. Dan murah. Standarlah. Pelayanan oke. Makanan oke. Cuman agak kotor aja. Kalo mau kesini harus rame-rame.

Banyak nyamuk, bahkan di dalam kamar. Lantai kamar mandi licin bekas sabun pel mungkin. Cangkir dan gelas kurang bersih, berdebu dan putih-putih seperti jamur kaca. Handuk yang disediakan bau. Sepertinya hotelnya sudah cukup lama jadi ada beberapa yang sudah mulai rusak. Lingkungan cukup bersih, tapi sayang ada beberapa tamu yang merokok di sekitar kolam renang saat saya mengajak anak untuk berenang. Playground sudah mulai rusak. Sepertinya saya dapat kamar yang bagian belakangnya dekat dapur resto jadi saat malam ada yang masak, aromanya masuk ke dalam kamar, juga bunyi piring-piring. Keran air panasnya tidak ada tandanya apakah yang panas di sebelah kiri atau kanan. Karena air panasnya harus menunggu agak lama (ada keterangannya di dinding dekat keran kalau air panas menunggu selama 5 menit) sambil keran dibuka, jadi agak tebak-tebakan. Untungnya model keran standard jadi yang panas di bagian kiri. Bagian yang paling bagus dan terawat sepertinya di bagian lobby. Karyawannya juga baik dan ramah. Semoga jalanan sekitar The Village segera diperbaiki jadi lebih nyaman saat menuju lokasi. Semoga juga lebih diperbaiki lagi karena lingkungan di dalam hotelnya cukup bagus.

The mattress also has really creaky springs. Plus, I was given a room that was still under renovation, the back of the room had a patchwork ceiling using asbestos and PVC, when it rained the sound of the water flowing was very disturbing. The sound from the next room and from outside was very audible. Many mosquitoes. This was an extraordinary experience for me to stay at a hotel or resort with the star reviews listed. Sorry, I don't want to criticize, but that's the way things are. When it comes to the outside of the room or other facilities such as a swimming pool, it's pretty good.
