Beautiful pool and the room was nice. Staff are also so friendly and helpful! The free afternoon tea was a nice touch. Compared to Jakarta hotels, there isn't much food choice for Muslim travellers here as most of the dishes contain pork. Do note that there is only a curtain and NO actual door to separate the bed from the bath & WC area, so it's a bit tricky if you come with kids! I guess it's more of an adults resort because I only saw 3 children during our 3-night stay, and no child facilities.

Great room and service. Super helpful staffs, beautiful and quaint property. Good dinner menu and close to Sanur harbor for about 15 minutes ride. It has outdoor shower and nice little pool. Also there 's an option for breakfast in pool if you chose to do so.

Very friendly hotel staffs. They know We went there for honeymoon and they set up a honeymoon bed for us. And leave us a personal notes in the room. Room is spacious and clean. But no lift. Too bad it was raining during my stay, I wanted to swim. Breakfast also serve fast. Good

The staff is friendly, when you come you are immediately given a welcome drink, the room is comfortable, there is a kimono, hair dryer, unfortunately there are no slippers, the food is delicious but not many choices, overall very happy to stay here. Thank you The Alantara

We stayed 2 nights. Friendly service. The first night the pillowcases smelled damp. But after asking to be replaced. Immediately replaced and the 2nd night it didn't smell damp. The response is fast. The location is a bit in the alley. Those who want peace are okay. Because d in residential residents. Maybe because of the pandemic the maintenance is a bit lacking. But still okay.

The hotel is beautiful, there are many trees and the atmosphere is calm, really suitable for a family vacation and the hotel staff are all friendly, service is fast. Highly recommended

Clean, spacious rooms, as expected

Good but the sink is a little clogged.

So far I have a pleasant stay at Alantara Sanur. The room is pretty clean and the atmosphere here is so great. Can feel Balinya's ambience. the employees are also friendly. But what might be improved again was when we checked in yesterday we waited 2 hours for checkin, we could only check-in at 4pm. But it's good that we are given free massages and an air-conditioned place in the spa room for waiting. but yeah, 2 hours is a long time to check in. But overall okay! thank you Alantara.

The hotel is quite clean, but the sheets are dirty, the air conditioner is leaking. The waiter is lacking.

Happy with the hotel atmosphere, not far from the beach. Friendly staff. Very recommended for those of you who want to stay in the Sanur area ❤️
