Overall comfortable, quiet, good service, clean, close to the city center, only breakfast in the room, fried rice, no buffet if there are many guests.

The room is not soundproof enough, I can barely hear the sound of next door guests' chatterings. I called for a noise complains and staff followed up accordingly. Thank you. Keep it up. Other than that, overall experience was good. I'll be back for sure.

The staff are all friendly, the service is great.

It's good, but the lift should be well maintained when there are events, because when I was having an event to welcome my in-laws yesterday, the lift got stuck and it took a long time to be fixed, so my family in kebaya had to crawl up the stairs from the 4th floor to the 6th floor. Luckily, I didn't faint. I'm back.

The location is a bit hidden but still quite accessible. The rooftop restaurant for breakfast is quite clean. For the suite room, the size is quite large and spacious. The amenities are quite complete and refilled every day. The front office is quite cooperative. It's just that breakfast starts at 7, so it's a bit too late compared to hotels which generally start breakfast at 6 am. If you have to do morning activities, you can't rely on hotel breakfast.

From the outside it's nice, but the roof of the room looks like it's moldy huhu in the room too, around the walls going to the room too. The towels don't seem very clean either. It should be better for that price. Not to mention the breakfast is served in the room instead of in the restaurant, it also tastes lacking huhu did it get cold?

Clean hotel but small room, towels are too old.

The hotel is very clean and you can check in 24 hours. The only downside is that it is not soundproof so you can hear sounds from the next room.

Staying on Feb 8-9, for friend wedding. Shout out to Jessica at check in desk who is kind and helpful during of my stay. Thank you so much Jess! Will stay again if I travel to Menteng again one day.

The hotel lobby is nice but the rooms are not taken care of. The toilet is not clean, there are leaks in the room that have not been repaired, the hotel towels should also be updated because they look old and shabby.

The sofa is comfortable, I've stayed here twice, but the water is a bit not hot enough... the rest is really good, even though it's close to the train tracks, it's fun to hear the sounds of the trains

Strategic location, close to everywhere, only if you go out at night there is a portal but there are guards so you can still get out, comfortable, clean, the room is not too big, close to the train tracks but still okay, the staff are friendly. Booked without breakfast so haven't tried the food.

Good, but the bed needs to be rejuvenated, it's slanted. The mattress foam is uneven

The deluxe room was old and had a lot of sludge and wasn't comfortable. I asked for a change, but the staff was kind enough to find a room.
