This hotel is strategically located and kid-friendly. The kids loved staying here. The swimming pool is spacious and has a heated pool, and the children's playground is also spacious. The area around the hotel is clean and the staff is friendly, plus the car is also cleaned. Unfortunately, the room cleanliness is lacking; the kettle we wanted to use still had used tea water in it, and the sheets and blankets were also torn. In the future, please pay more attention because this hotel is quite nice and well-equipped, especially in front of the hotel area, there is an Indomaret, McD, and Kopi Kenangan. There are plus points.

I'd like to visit the Puncak Raya Hotel sometime. It's spacious and conveniently located near the main road, comfortable, and clean. My kids love it.

I used the Rinjani Deluxe room for a family of 3 children and 2 adults. The room was very comfortable and spacious. The water heater in the room also worked well, as did the other room facilities. The service was also friendly and good. The check-in process was easy. There are many other room types. For large families, there is also a villa type. The swimming pool has warm water and a large children's pool. There is also an adult pool not too far away. The location is spacious with many gardens and great photo spots. Playgrounds are available at several points so they are close to other room types. In front of the entrance are McD, Kopken and Indomaret. The walk ahead is quite far but still okay. Overall, I highly recommend it for your next vacation with your family. The children were also very happy. Hopefully, Puncak Raya Hotel will always have great service and facilities. Thank you.

Overall, I enjoyed my stay here. The hotel is located on a quiet roadside, with a calming atmosphere. The hotel is spacious and clean, except for the slightly dirty pool. The building is old but well-maintained. There's a McDonald's, a Kopken, and an Indomaret nearby. It's great.

Awesome... No need to wait for check-in, just arrived and was given the key even though it was still minus 2 hours. The receptionist and service were very friendly, simply the best. Highly recommended for anyone looking for accommodation in Puncak.

It's a great place to stay. The facilities are quite complete, and it's kid-friendly. I just had a bad experience with the receptionist yesterday. When I asked about amenities, I asked politely and they answered me like I was teasing her. Even though I've been here three times. 😂 Everything else is fine. I won't be disappointed if I come back.

Overall, it's good. The hotel is very spacious, recommended for those with children. The pool is clean and the playground is also spacious. There's a hot tub that's really relaxing. The downsides are the mattresses, which look worn, and one of them is already wobbly. There are also cockroaches in the bathroom 😩. The toilet also leaks a bit.

The staff at the Grecep Hotel are friendly. The atmosphere is as expected, able to relieve fatigue for a moment.

Every time we reach the peak, we always stay at the Puncak Raya Hotel because it is close to the road and places to eat.

The place is beautiful & the kids absolutely loved it. The rooms are comfortable, and there is a large swimming pool as well as a beautiful garden.

What is certain is that it is close to the main road and there are lots of snacks.

I stayed at the Rinjani Superior, a room in the newest building. It's located at the very back, close to the hot springs and playground. This room, located on the ground floor, has a back terrace with a garden view and direct access to the pool and playground. Cons: The mattress looked really shabby, as if it hadn't been changed, and the sheets were worn out. There's also no bathroom mat, so we used towels as a rug. The Wi-Fi is slow and the signal is weak! This hotel has plenty of amenities and is quite kid-friendly. There are two badminton courts and a net, so just bring your racket and shuttlecock. It's a great place for early morning exercise. The hotel is located right on the roadside, behind McDonald's, Kopken, and Indomaret. So, if you're looking for food, snacks, or a laptop spot, you can easily walk in front of the hotel. Breakfast is also easy; in front of Indomaret, in the morning, there's a vendor selling chicken porridge and nasi uduk (rice porridge).

The facilities are quite complete.. but on the day of check-in.. wanted to play billiards in the afternoon.. said the staff had gone home.. the next morning wanted to play but was told at 10-11.. checked out too early. It's useless to have facilities..

I didn't expect there to be so many facilities for children.

Overall is good and recommended.

The hotel staff was very helpful during check-in, close to Jalan Raya Puncak & culinary.
