I recently stayed at this property, and unfortunately, it was a deeply disappointing experience from start to finish. For the price point, I expected basic comfort and professional service, but the hotel failed on both fronts.
Room Comfort & Maintenance
The most significant issue was the air conditioning. It was incredibly noisy, making it difficult to rest, and more importantly, it failed to cool the room at all. It felt like sleeping in a sauna with a construction site next to my head.
Service & Responsiveness
What made the AC situation worse was the management’s handling of my complaint. I contacted the receptionist at 11:00 PM to report the issue. Instead of sending a technician to actually fix the problem or offering a room change, they simply sent a security guard to my door. While the staff member was polite, a security guard does not have the tools or expertise to repair an HVAC system. It felt like a dismissive "band-aid" solution rather than an actual attempt to help a guest.
Dining Quality
The breakfast/dining experience was equally poor. I ordered the noodles, which were nearly inedible. It tasted like they had been boiled and tossed in nothing but salt—no vegetables, no protein, and absolutely no other seasoning or depth of flavor.
Verdict: Between the broken amenities, the lack of technical support during late hours, and the subpar food, I cannot recommend this hotel. There are far better options nearby that value guest comfort and quality control.
