In terms of location, there is no traffic jam, the road to the location is comfortable, the environment is comfortable, only the swimming pool is a bit far from the room location, the food is ok, the staff are friendly & helpful... I'm happy to be able to stay here

When I bought the food, it tasted good, but the breakfast was just so-so. The room was clean and fragrant. The service was good. The swimming pool was clean and spacious and there was a hot spring. The view from the top of the restaurant was good.

Friendly staff, clean, fragrant, comfortable room, nice view, mountains everywhere... The kids felt at home and didn't want to go home, everything was okay.. The swimming pool was okay, breakfast was okay... Next time I want to come here again because it's that comfortable.. And the bonus is that it's very close to Kopi Nako Kebon Djati...

Access to the hotel is very easy, the route is not congested via Summarecon Bogor, it is also close to popular cafes such as Kopi Nako and Pasir Angin, the service is good and responsive, the facilities are all okay 🥰

The hotel is quite comfortable and clean, the staff is also friendly. Need to be improved again to check the condition of the furniture in the room (such as the sofa), the taste of the breakfast menu should be improved again, the swimming pool facilities are better next time, it can be separated specifically for hotel guests and other visitors, the food at the pool cafe is delicious.... next time definitely come here again 😊😊

The hotel staff is very friendly, the room is clean, complete facilities, towels and toiletries are available, the AC is cold and there is a water heater, the swimming pool is also clean and there is live music too, I really enjoyed staying here on my birthday, I was surprised to get a surprise birthday cake from the hotel, thank you Beth, freshness, Theresia

Strategic location if you want to go to Nako Kebon Jati just walk, the breakfast is delicious but lacks variety. When checking out, it was a bit delayed because they said the towel was missing, even though they didn't give a towel from the start. Next time the staff will be more careful and there are no complete amenities, there is only soap and shampoo on the wall.

If possible, don't share the swimming pool with outsiders, so the crowd at the swimming pool won't be private to the hotel, even though the hotel is already good.

The hotel staff is friendly, I booked two rooms. But the comfort of the hotel is a bit lacking. The food is also not very tasty but the price is affordable. The pool water is dirty. Fortunately, the staff is responsive if you need anything. The facilities in the room are also incomplete, even soap in my room was not there. Whether they didn't check before receiving guests, I don't know either. The room is a bit damp.

The room was not clean and the room facilities did not match the description. There were mites on the sheets, my child had bumps in the morning when he woke up. The food was also not very varied, for an affordable price but the taste was really lacking. The pool water was also very dirty, my child did not enter the pool because I was afraid of the water. Hopefully it will be improved.
