First of all, yang buat saya nyaman hanya kasur dan cleaning staff nya saja. Sisanya super bad. Saya seperti mendapatkan villa “sisa” yang jarang di maintenance. Pertama sampai aja lantai seperti tidak bersih. Lampu taman kolam mati, lampu dalam kolam mati, tidak ada penutup wc di master room, AC kamar lantai 1 bocor (di benerin tapi abis itu langsung bocor lagi sampai saya check out tanggal 2 Januari), dan itu shampoo sabun dan lain-lain sudah lama tidak di ganti, jadi memang seperti villa sisa yang di berikan ke saya, padahal saya book untuk 6 hari 5 malam. Lalu di hari ke 3 pompa kolam mati, jadi aliran airnya tidak jalan, kalo di buat berenang air nya berkurang. Sehingga saya gabisa pake lagi itu kolam dari tanggal 31 Desember. Kalo ditanya semua bisa di benerin kalo abis saya check out. Tidak ada sama sekali tawaran dari mereka untuk pindah villa yang lebih layak ditinggal. Nyamuk banyak banget sangat banyak even di kamar. Lalat pun masuk sampai kamar master room (lantai 3). Alat masak sangat tidak lengkap, pisau aja ga ada, lalu sabun sunlight nya sangat bau, seperti sabun yang sudah di campur lama terungkap jadi bau got tidak ada bau sabun sama sekali. Lalu cukup merasa tidak aman, karena baru ketemu villa yang tidak ada gembok di pagar, dan tidak ada pintu yang membatasi garasi untuk naik ke atas ke ruang tamu, jadi kalo ada orang mau masuk bisa banget masuk ke lantai 2 ruang tamu, karena tidak ada pintu sama sekali yang membatasi, jadi suka tidur dengan was was. Entah saya nyesel banget baru kali ini nemu villa yang tidak proper dengan harga yang tertera. Ekspetasi saya terlalu tinggi dan super kecewa. Tidak akan kembali lagi ke villa seperti ini. 🙏🏻.

When we arrived, the villa was not ready meaning some of ACs is broken, the water is smelly, and the floor is dirty (has some oil on surfaced). So, we request to change the villa and the receptionist give us the new villa.

It 's a big and great villa house with big swimming pool. The only problem is bug could enter the via because on our Alina unit, the swimming pool entrance door design is open air. But the problem solved right away after we sprayed the entire villa with bug spray. The staff are very helpful and kind, overall nothing is perfect but this is a big villa house with 3 bedrooms and nice outdoor garden and big swimming pool with great view.

Because when we wanted to book a villa in Nusa Dua Bayview we had time to find out about this villa through reviews from the previous cust and see photos of the villa on various web travel. From the photos we saw it was very good, neat, and clean. But we think maybe this is because from the angle of the photo, that's why it looks good. But yes, our choice remains at Nusa Dua Bayview. Even every afternoon / evening they always clean all the rooms in the villa where we stay. This original villa is very comfortable to be occupied especially with groups like us. I really feel at home. My left and right neighbors are also not noisy. The swimming pool? Wow, this is the winner, the water is clear, not dirty. And the swimming pool is my favorite place, especially at night doing tasks on a laptop with a view of the swimming pool and the spirit to do its work. Hmmm ... for the food itself, there are some that bounce, there are also some B only. Like fried rice and Javanese noodles, it seems to me and my friends that they don't bounce because they are too sweet even very sweet for the taste of Javanese noodles. For others it's okay and the drinks bounce off. Because we stayed a few days in Nusa Dua Bayview, we rented a motorbike to tour around Bali, the tourist attractions are also not too far away to go by motorbike, in fact there are also many tourist attractions and souvenir shops which are located just minutes away from nusa dua bayview. To rent a motorcycle, we don't need to be complicated. I just ask the receptionist, can I rent a motorbike? The staff immediately answered that they could and the motorbike was directly delivered to our villa. There are only a few complaints from me about the bedroom. Because for the 2 bedrooms on the 1st floor there are no bathrooms, the bathroom is outside the room, so the 2 bedrooms below must share the bathroom. So sometimes I have to queue for a bathroom with my friend. Only the rooms above are available in the bathroom. Haha but that's not a big problem though. Finally, I just want to say for the Nusa Dua Bayview staff to maintain their hospitality. The staff are really very friendly with their guests.
