The room I stay in doesn't have a private bathroom; I need to share it with two other rooms. I don't think this information is clear in the booking. Cleanliness is rated at 6/10. The price includes breakfast, and the menu options and portions are decent. The location is a bit far from central Kuta, and the roads are a bit dark going there. The staff was nice, but another guest lost 2 mill IDR in her room when I was about to check out, so I don't know.

It is clearly written that our single rooms have a shared bathroom. And also it is clearly visible that we are not located in the center of the town. I am sorry if you didnt read the room description. We usually get a good review about our cleanliness, sorry if it wasnt clean enough while you stayed with us. The guest found his money in his other bag, so thankfully all is good. Sometimes people just forget where they put their things. That happens with chargers, bikinis etc... but we are happy we can call our place a safe place. We hope you will visit us again and have a wonderful stay. Have a good day, your VVL-Team

This accommodation looks exactly like the photos. Room is very comfortable and cozy. Good for relax. Staffs were very nice. One room for improvement was the swimming pool. It needs deep cleaning. The pool is a little too deep for kids to play.

For the price of more than 400 with a room the size of a boarding room and a shared bathroom, it's not an interesting experience to tell. Hey, there's a go show that's cheaper than OTA.

very clean, warm welcome, helpful staffs. the breakfast was good as well as the wifi connection. the location is reachable, easy to notice from the main crowd of kuta mandalika beach walk.
