The receptionist seemed to not care much about the customers because during my stay I could not use the wifi in the room and I reported it to the receptionist, the receptionist reported the maintenance staff to check and confirmed that the wifi was working normally even though my girlfriend and I showed the maintenance staff that our phones could not connect.
The room space is true to the picture but the equipment in the hotel is very poor, the chairs in the room have stains that seem to be from a long time ago and on the armrest there are many eyelid stickers still stuck on it, it seems that the housekeeping department did not clean the room thoroughly when cleaning the room. And on the second day, 2 housekeeping staff came to our room to ask if the room was cleaned, the young housekeeping staff had a very unpleasant attitude when I reported that we did not need to clean the room at the moment, while the older housekeeping staff was very happy with me when I reported that and even gave us 2 bottles of water. The floor in the room felt very sticky and after walking barefoot in the room my feet were dirty.
The buffet at the restaurant was good, rich and varied
