The rooms and surrounding area were clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. Amenities were available. Parking was available but limited. When checking out at 5:00 a.m. WIB, I had to open the portal myself because the staff wasn't there.

There's never been a problem with the professionalism of the staff. It's just that the hotel smells really bad, aka, it reeks of cigarettes. Even though it's far from a designated smoking area, our room still smelled faintly of cigarettes. The food, especially the pastries, is top-notch! Delicious!

Very comfortable, I like to stay here once a month because it's the most comfortable, the room layout feels spacious, the surrounding environment is really nice, there's an Indomaret & KFC just walking distance, the movie also happened to be the movie I wanted to watch while staying here.

The location is excellent, conveniently close to the city center. The lobby is relatively small, which may feel a little crowded during peak check-in or check-out hours. The room was comfortable and clean, although the bathroom felt a bit compact. The food was good, with decent variety and taste. The only minor inconvenience was the narrow access to the basement parking area—even a Mitsubishi Xpander requires careful maneuvering around the corners. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay.
