Convenient location, clean, friendly staff

The hotel is very clean, the room is cleaned thoroughly every day. The room is clean and airy. Check in & check out quickly. The road is wide enough for cars to go right to the place. There is a shortcut to the market very close by. There is little food around the hotel but there is a convenient grocery store. I have returned to this hotel many times!

Old room, smelly. Too bad, not worth the money spent.

New room, advantage is near the market, easy to travel. The room has a large glass door to enjoy the view, but the ventilation slot can only be opened slightly, not allowing air circulation. In Da Lat but not cold, have to turn on the fan to sleep.

Was told that they would give priority to guests who booked directly over the app. Booked a room and was immediately scammed when the room name was standard with window but the room had no window. Had to pay extra to upgrade to a room with a window.

The room smelled bad, the faucet was broken, no staff came to fix it, the toilet couldn't flush, the shower and toilet combo was broken and the hotel did not support changing rooms. Very bad experience

The room has no windows, the fan is broken so it's hot. Bathroom hygiene is poor. Management has an attitude towards customers. Yes, the staff are enthusiastic

Phòng cũ, tường ố bẩn. Ở 2 ngày nhưng không có nhân viên dọn phòng mặc dù đã để biển" vui lòng dọn phòng". Để bộ quần áo ngủ trên giường mà đi chơi về mặc lên thấy gián ở trên áo,,,, thật sự hết hồn

Khách sạn cách âm cực kì dở, phòng thì cũ tường thì dơ, hố ga nhà vệ sinh thì bay mùi, mình có gọi mượn bàn ủi, lễ tân đồng ý, nhưng cuối cùng chẳng nhận được cái bàn ủi nào. Sẽ không quay lại thêm lần nào nữa.

Tuy là tìm và đặt phòng trong thời gian ngắn nhưng tìm được nơi ở cực kỳ thoải mái. Thời gian mở cửa của khách sạn là 24/24, rất gần trung tâm thuận tiện cho việc di chuyển nhiều. Khi đến nhận phòng thì phòng đã được dọn dẹp sạch sẽ, thơm tho, nước uống được fill hàng ngày sau khi nhân viên dọn vệ sinh ở phòng. Thang máy không cùng hướng với quầy lễ tân nên ra vô không bị ảnh hưởng, tạo cảm giác thoải mái. Mọi thứ rất oke, có dịp lên Đà Lạt sẽ ghé lại, tuy nhiên có 1 điểm góp ý là nhờ bên khách sạn chỉnh lại cánh cửa tủ quần áo để tủ không bị phát ra tiếng động khi mở cửa. Rất hài lòng
