Except no room cleaning, everything else is okay

The host did not check the room before the guests checked in. When the guests arrived at 7pm, they were told that the room had no electricity. Then they forced the guests to move to another apartment in District 1. The house had no toothbrushes or personal items. The first experience was quite bad. In general, our group received support but did not receive any apology :)

Not satisfied with the stay I had a bad experience at this apartment. The room was damp, the furniture was moldy, the blankets and pillows had a strange smell as if they had not been washed. The furniture in the room was old, many places were yellowed and clearly degraded, not like the posted pictures. The room was much smaller than expected. The price was not worth the quality received. In addition, the check-in support process was unprofessional - personal information such as the customer's CCCD was sent publicly in the group, causing a lack of security and privacy. In short, this was an experience that was not worth the money and I will not return.

Trả 1tr2/ 1 đêm mà như bị lừa vậy. Gọi điện thì phải qua mấy người mới biết được ở toà nào, không có bất cứ dịch vụ chăm sóc KH nào. Phòng thì sơ sài không có gì, bàn bẩn không lau, không có nổi 1 chai nước uống và 1 cái bàn chải đánh răng. Hỏi thì bên thuê bảo đi xuống sảnh mua. Thực sự mong mọi người tránh xa chỗ này ra và không ai bị như mình.
