Good and bad... Good - friendly owners and staff....comfortable bed (new quality spring mattress), hot shower, not bad view from the big window, delicious Nila fish from their fish farm and not expensive. Bad - room wasn't cleaned before we arrived...had a dirty towel in the bathroom, floor was dirty and dusty...which was swiftly swept up by the owners wife...no towels until we asked for them....but the worst thing of all...was that in the morning we were shocked to find we were locked in, with no one around...most unacceptable!!!...no water...no food...i wanted to go out and take photos of the mountain...couldn't....thirsty..had to message the owner...no reply...at 7.45am someone came to open up the gate...the owners response....was all our guest wake up at 9am.....most unacceptable! With about 50 guest houses in the area, you are best to look else where...where they are more than happy to look after you...Basically this place is a restaurant with 4 rooms on the side....they don't seem to be experience dealing with guests...if I wanted some water or beer...they seemed quite confused...unfortunately most of the guest houses in this are do not use app.
