We booked a superior room and were upgraded to a family room, but the bathroom was dirty and broken. Towels and a mat weren't provided unless we asked. The door was so luxurious. The room we got was like a spare room, forced to use it with a gimmick upgrade. Absolutely awful.

For a budget suite with a bathtub, I think it's very good. However, the room amenities are lacking, such as the lack of slippers and a kettle. There's only a water dispenser on each floor, so if you want coffee or tea, you have to leave your room first. Otherwise, it's fine. Hopefully, the room amenities will be further improved in the future. It was a pleasure to stay here. See you next time.

There was no bathroom doormat. Ammunition was also incomplete. Breakfast was delivered to the room later than the stated time.

The bathroom was very slippery, there were lots of cobwebs, the windows were broken, the floor was dirty, the front porch was dirty, lots of spiders.

The staff was very friendly, almost good, but there were a few things I noticed, like maybe a little attention to the bathroom and room cleanliness, but it was still a very good stay. If asked if I would stay again, the answer would be yes.

Please, for this price, it's not worth it. There's a big gecko in the bathroom, and the receptionist is slow to respond. The bed is uncomfortable because the sheets have stains and hair marks. The floor is very dirty, the Wi-Fi is slow, and there's no phone in the room, making it difficult to contact the receptionist. Breakfast wasn't great either, in our opinion; the chicken was tough, and the taste was far from what we expected from a hotel meal.

Stayed on July 4-5, 2026 with a family suite room type. Super spacious, clean room with 2 beds, suitable for 4 or even 5 people, plus views of the Savannah Field at the back, swimming pool at the front. Spacious bathroom with bathtub. Unfortunately, the bathroom concept is a view so I was nervous about taking a shower, afraid of being seen from outside, lol. Amenities provided 4 towels, soap, toothbrush and toothpaste. There is a dispenser for making noodles after swimming. During the stay it was safe and comfortable, only when taking a shower in the morning the hot water was blocked, many people probably used it. Thank you, keep it up and hopefully the service will be better.

The room was very nice, except it didn't provide a water heater, coffee, or tea. The hotel was relatively quiet, perfect for a refreshing break from the hustle and bustle. However, the breakfast was disappointing, as it wasn't like other hotels; it was more like an MBG. 😭

The wifi is not good, the restaurant and swimming pool staff are not very friendly.

It's really good, standard price, good facilities, and friendly staff. It's a bit scary at night due to the lack of lighting, perhaps because it's under renovation. Overall, it's great.

The hotel lobby is uncomfortable, dirty, and noisy.

There aren't many complaints for this price. The rooms are modern and spacious, but the cleanliness is questionable. The linens haven't been changed, and there are blood and yellow stains on the sheets, which are very obvious. The bathroom area has moss on the floor and bathtub, and the bathroom walls are covered in graffiti from previous guests. Management should pay attention to things like this, especially regarding room cleanliness.

There is only 1 power outlet, and it is close to the bed frame, so you have to move it first.

Missing: - AC remote - TV - Towels - Toiletries - Water heater
