Very satisfied with the service

The room is very dirty. There are cockroaches. The room is not cleaned before the new customer comes in. The mattress sheets are dirty and smelly. The air conditioner is limited to cooling. The bathroom has stagnant water. Overall, it is not worth staying here for a long time. If it is just for a day, it can still last.

Sleeping with an extraordinary mountain view is a privilege at a great price from Traveloka. Unfortunately, I had to pay tax again, as other hotels in Kuching have already added tax to my payment. It's tiring using the stairs. The staff are both rude and nice. There's a curry house downstairs that's noisy, and Indians like to stare at us as we go in and out. ....,...f.. ........

recommended for those who want to stay overnight...as I stayed for 1 night to make it easier for me to get to the airport for those who have an early morning flight...easy to get transport grab or maxim...

Close to bus terminal and airport

The room was not clean, and they also requested 10 RM as a tourist fee (‘uang wisata’).

The AC is right under the mattress, making my body ache

The location is quite good for those who take the bus from Pontianak City because it is near Kuching Sentral and those who plan to stay only 1 day in Kuching, it is very close to Kuching International Airport. Below the hotel, there are many food options and there is a 7-Eleven too.

In the morning, somebody tried to open the door, some stranger and able to do so which is scary.

The toilet smells, there is poor air circulation, it is very stuffy.

There are cockroaches in the bathroom.
