The staff is terrible, they don't help bring luggage to the room or to the elevator door, the receptionist is so bad, they talk rudely, I spend money to experience the service, not to see if people are happy or not, I sent the laundry the morning before and checked out the next morning but they still didn't bring the luggage up, when I asked, they said they didn't receive your luggage, the room had to be cleaned twice before it was brought up, there were no swimsuits, no hot water, the landline couldn't be reached, if I needed help, I had to go to the reception and ask 2-3 times before it was done.

Many new Chinese, open swimming pool and gym hours are available for breakfast (not open all day), so guests are required to either choose to swim or Eat, if not, then have to swim in the afternoon, we check in at night, so can not use the pool.
