Beautiful hotel, near the beach, in an alley but only 1 house away from the main road, just cross the road and you'll reach the beach. The surrounding area has full amenities, opposite there's a department store selling all kinds of things.

I have never seen a 4* hotel as bad as this: 1. The receptionist is clumsy 2. The doorman is cute but they look so small that they look like they are under 18 years old. 3. No floor card. Just go up and down the elevator without security 4. The room has almost no soundproofing. I couldn't sleep all night. I could hear people walking in the hallway. 5. The room is very bad. The chair is covered with a thick layer of dust, the toilet glass looks dirty. 6. The lights are very dark. The table lamp is just for display but broken and can't be used. 7. The breakfast buffet is very bad. 8. The hotel doesn't have a car park but it's not noted on the website or when checking in. Guests have to pay 100k/day to park their car at the designated hotel location (the hotel tells guests it's 100k/day for free entry). But when I needed to get my things from the car, the hotel told the security guard to go home to take a shower and was on his way back. But they made me wait from 11pm to 1am, every time I asked, they said they were coming back, at 1am I was so angry that I asked for the security guard's address so I could go get the key myself and called the receptionist to curse them, then they came to open the door. The receptionist also said that the parking lot was not the hotel's so they were not responsible and they had already helped me get my things - the hotel's support was to make the guest wait from 11pm to 1am, after the guest got so angry and cursed, they opened the door. In general, I will never come back.

Great hotel, I arrived quite early but the staff still helped me check in early because I had a small child. The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly and enthusiastic. My room had a beautiful sea view. The breakfast was also quite delicious and to my taste. Overall, I will book again when I have the opportunity to come to Nha Trang.

Air conditioner broken. Called the staff to say it was under maintenance but after hours they still haven't fixed it. Had to open the window to let in the fresh air.

Friendly and enthusiastic staff. I booked a room without a sea view but the staff changed me to a room with a sea view. However, the bathroom exhaust fan was broken.

Phòng đẹp, giá cả tốt, nhưng ông bảo vệ có vấn đề, ổng đi theo khách hàng, rình mò bắt bớ, theo dõi hỏi những vấn đề riêng tư kì cục, khách sạn nên xem lại

Khách sạn sạch sẽ, dịch vụ tốt, nhân viên thân thiện. Điểm trừ duy nhất là khi mình check in tối ngày 27/04, có một nhân viên lễ tân nam đã giới thiệu mình ăn ở quán Thanh Sương 100 Trần Phú chặt chém khách. Đề nghị BQL khách sạn kiểm điểm lại nhân viên. Mình ở phòng 1210 từ đêm 27/04 đến rạng sáng 01/5

Trần nhà dột, phòng tắm không có mũ chụp tóc, phòng ngủ không có hộp giấy khô. Trần nhà nhỏ nước liên tục vẫn bố trí cho khách ở. Chất lượng phòng không xứng với tiêu chuẩn 4*

Đồ ăn dở thậm tệ, nhân viên không nhiệt tình, nhờ sửa Tivi cho phòng nhân viên lên sửa không được bỏ luôn
