Mình book phòng trên app ghi là 2 đêm, 14h ngày 18/4-12h ngày 20/4 Vì thường mình chỉ xem số đêm và book thanh toán, không đọc nhiều cái không cần thiết Đến lúc nhận phòng lại bảo chỉ được ở có 2 tiếng/1 ngày, mai quay lại ở thêm 2 tiếng nữa (Khách sạn nói là cái đó do app để vậy, bên khách sạn không có được gì cả) nên cũng không được chuyển qua dùng hết 4 tiếng cho 1 ngày, không được hủy luôn Mình có xin cho 1 bạn thứ 3 vô 2 tiếng sau đi ra luôn thì thu thêm 50k (vấn đề này có thể lỗi do mình, thường đêm 1 người ở còn ban ngày xin thêm người vô không qua đêm sẽ đều được cho phép nên mình không đánh số người ở)

Not satisfied because initially booked a single bed room and noted the check-in and check-out time. But then I got a room with 2 beds at a much higher price

The owner is not happy to welcome, the room ceiling is low and not as beautiful as the price

Clean, quiet, enthusiastic staff

All was good except for no free water provided and cable TV reception not good, and no plastic provided for trash bin, at least no plastic please provide paper bag 😊
