I've been to Batu many times and this is my first time staying here. I've known this for a long time. I didn't have to look for other accommodations. The owner is friendly, and the accommodation is affordable for BPJS (Social Security) users. The room was clean and tidy. It felt like home. I'll definitely stay here again next time.

According to the price.. 177k for a cap. 4 people. Room number 7 on the 2nd floor. Hot water was off at 6:00 PM in the afternoon. Had to wait 30 minutes for it to work. At 8:00 AM it was off again. Too lazy to report. Cold shower. The receptionist during the day was a cynical old man without a smile. When asked, he answered casually (probably because he was hungry). The receptionist at night was a friendly young man who smiled and greeted. Got hot water in a thermos when he could make tea. In the morning got tea and toast. Hope this helps..

The building is old, but clean and well-maintained. The bathroom water runs smoothly and quickly. There's also a prayer room. The staff is friendly. Upon check-in, you get a thermos of hot water, sugar, and tea to brew yourself. The next morning, you'll still get tea and toast. Comfortable and very affordable for this price, I'd definitely stay here again if I'm planning to stay in Batu.

This was my second stay here because it was affordable and close to Mitra Flora. There's no air conditioning or fan, but it wasn't a problem since it was already cool. The first time, the toilet was clean, but the second time, there were stains on the toilet tiles. In the morning, we were served bread and hot tea.

Staying at the Mustika Sari Hotel is like visiting grandma's house. The rooms are classic, old-fashioned, but very clean. The beds are comfortable, clean, and the toilets are clean and quite modern, with a flushing toilet and shower. There's also a water heater. The water flows smoothly and is warm, safe. However, there's no AC or fan, so it's already cold. The amenities in my room were twin beds, and the single bed was quite large. It's comfortable for parents with two small children. There's a classic wooden wardrobe. In front of the room are two chairs and a table for relaxing. There's also a flat-screen TV. It was quite late when I arrived. The parking lot was still empty, enough for a few cars. The receptionist was a super friendly gentleman who quickly provided hot tea and a thermos of hot water. In the morning, we got hot tea and toast.. great, right?.. with a fairly cheap price, we got a lot.. what is certain is that comfort during rest is what is needed, because yesterday we had a long trip from Jogja to Batu Malang.. 👍
