Service is not too good.

The place is clean, only an expensive deposit of 2 nights 400rm. Luckily, the confirmation was the same as those who had an apartment early in the morning checking out so in the evening, they could take a deposit before checking out. The place is recommended.

Poor hygiene, dirty toilets, towels abound.

Very comfortable and best swimming pool.

It should be given 2 access cards for a group traveler. Check-in also has to wait a long time. Plus, it's close to Sunway Putra Mall and rooftop swimming pool which is very nice. Next time you will be there again

The room is clean, good, comfy, only the perfume smell of the room is too strong...The person in charge, Selina is very friendly and helpful.

My nightmare, the furniture is old. When we had dinner on the dining table the chair suddenly broken and i fell to the floor, why don't check all things good before your guest come in. The air cond not working good, so the room was hot. The check out time also too early 11am and if you have a car or go there by Grab on weekend just be ready for jam because the access to get to the drop off also difficult, not worth it to stay!

Worst experience in a suit in KL ever. AC watering, wet floor, washroom lock doesn't work. Check out time is at 11. This is so boring. I requested for 12pm check out, the agent asked for extra payment (RM20). Only good thing is the swimming pool.

It was great! The apartment is clean, tidy. Thank you, the rooftop pool with KL view is insanely awesome. It's just a less strategic location, a strategic hotel so far away from the bus stop, so everywhere should use taxis / grabe

Air conditioner was not working well, and the water pipe in the bathroom got stuck, so the water didn't flow well.

Great location, great room, easy check in and out. Few steps away from the mall and train stations.
