The sheets were very dirty, the door could not be locked, the bathroom had stagnant water. When you first enter the room, you will smell of cigarettes and a dirty sink.

If you want to check on the staff, there's no 15 minute wait. Not clean enough.

The stay started on Tuesday and I extended it until Saturday, there was no initiative to clean the room, I had to ask for a change of towels. The bed sheets are also not always ready to be changed every day. Access to everywhere is close.

The staff were friendly but when they entered the room it smelled musty, the bed sheets & pillowcases had not been changed, the bed was not neat. There were also no towels, it looked like someone had stayed overnight. The bed had only been cleaned without changing the sheets or pillowcases.

The AC is not cold. The availability of towels and other things must be reported first without being prepared by the hotel. The mattress still had remnants of previous dirt and much more.
