The staff helped us store our luggage before checking in, but we got a room with a super noisy AC that felt like we were on an economy bus, so it was uncomfortable.... Facilities like cooking soap were not checked to see if they were empty before guests entered, and there was no mat in the bathroom, so it was a bit dirty after coming out of the bathroom with wet feet on the room floor.
