For 2 nights staying here was good, the atmosphere is comfortable, the minus is the bathroom door has a hole in the bottom, hopefully it will be fixed soon. For cleanliness, it's okay. Next time, I can stay here again.

Generally, hotel c. O time is 12 o'clock, at Paragon it's 11 o'clock, if you ask for a late c. O of 30 minutes, they won't even give it, there's no hospitality.

Good, but they didn't give me a balcony key, so I couldn't close it when I wanted to smoke on the balcony, and the AC remote didn't work either, but. Overall good👍

Kamarnya bagus, luas, kasur nyaman, lingkungan juga tidak bising. Tidak tersedia towel. Hanya saja karyawan tidak profesional dalam pelayanan. Mungkin itu saja yang perlu diperbaiki, selebihnya bagus untuk roomnya.

Seprei dan selimut kotor seperti bekas pakai. Kran air bocor. Handuk hanya dikasih 1. Kamar berisik. Tapi ya pilihan ya, tergantung masing-masing orang pendapatnya gimana.

Kamarnya kotor. Kloset bocor. Sudah reservasi lewat aplikasi agen online, disuruh isi data reservasi kembali lewat web Paragon, tidak seperti dulu yang bisa langsung lewat aplikasi. Check in lebih awal kena cas 75 ribu, padahal tinggal setengah jam lagi untuk bisa check in, padahal saya kan butuh istirahat sehabis perjalanan jauh.
