Choose a lagoon access room at an exorbitant price because it was impromptu (1.7 million per night). Arrived there in the middle of the night, the check-in process took a long time because it turned out the room was full, aka not available. The room was downgraded to a pool view, promised a refund for the difference in room price but it's been thrown here and there for more than a month without any responsibility. Full service for foreign tourists, very bad service for domestic tourists. The room is so so, the floor is slippery, condensation from the AC makes it sticky, the lights are dim, breakfast is nothing special, just standard. I've been to Bali 4-5 times a year, this is the first time I've tried Sense and this is definitely the worst hotel I've ever visited 👎🏻

I was here for 5 days, it was a wholesome experience. The staffs were so nice and helpful. Especially for Pak Made that helped us for a travel around Bali, he recommended us some cool spots though! Big help! 😀

spacious and comfortable room, friendly staff, easy check in and check out, near to the beach.

the hotel does not meet the 4-star standards described. the hotel is only surrounded by a garden that is dark at night and a swimming pool. please be more honest in providing star standards so that customers do not have the wrong expectations. I left after 1 night because it was uncomfortable.

Friendly staff, access to the beach near the hotel, the atmosphere is quite calm, but unfortunately I got a room next to the river, so the view is not very good. The rest is very good👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽

I would highly recommend this hotel for travelers who want to stay in Canggu, Bali. All the things that were provided by the hotel were really great. Definitely will come back to this hotel if I visit Canggu in the future.

Secara overall lokasi dan design oke, pelayanan juga oke, cuma karena disebelahnya ada ada project kontruksi lain, jadi agak berisik 24 Jam karena tukang project bekerja 24 jam.

This Place was Good and comfort. The service also great! Ambiance is warmth. Pool is Big. The AC is cool. The bathroom is spacious. Overall this is verr recommended.

The hotel turned out to be dark, the room interior was old. The porch light was off, the report to the receptionist said according to the time it turned on until morning it didn't turn on.

Had a pleasant stay at Sense Hotel Canggu. The room is spacious and really clean, and also the staffs are really helpful and friendly.

Room is nice, big pool + garden very enjoyable. Cats wander around the place and they are chill but will beg you for food 😂 One down side is no blowdrier.
