Choose a lagoon access room at an exorbitant price because it was impromptu (1.7 million per night). Arrived there in the middle of the night, the check-in process took a long time because it turned out the room was full, aka not available. The room was downgraded to a pool view, promised a refund for the difference in room price but it's been thrown here and there for more than a month without any responsibility. Full service for foreign tourists, very bad service for domestic tourists. The room is so so, the floor is slippery, condensation from the AC makes it sticky, the lights are dim, breakfast is nothing special, just standard. I've been to Bali 4-5 times a year, this is the first time I've tried Sense and this is definitely the worst hotel I've ever visited 👎🏻
