All staff are helpful, polite, humble, and attentive to guests.

This time, the towels were very gray. There were two pieces, different colors. There were black spots on the pillows, like mold. There were yellow circles on the sheets. The food, atmosphere, and staff were as good as ever. The staff serving the noodles was chatting with their coworkers a bit, but the staff frying the eggs was very cute. It made up for it all. It was okay. I'll stay again next time.

The receptionist provides very good service in every department.

จองโรงแรม 5 ดาว เพื่อต้องการความปลอดภัย และความสะดวกสบาย แต่สิ่งที่ได้รับคือ การไม่มีที่จอดรถ แล้วให้ไปจอดนอกโรงแรมซึ่งมืดมาก ไม่มีความปลอดภัยต่อชีวิตและทรัพย์สินอย่างมาก อีกทั้ง พนักงานรักษาความปลอดภัย แจ้งว่าต้องไปเลื่อนรถตอน 8.00 น. คนตั้งใจจอง 2 คืน เพื่อมาพักผ่อน แต่ต้องตื่นแต่เช้าไปเลื่อนรถ มันโอเครแล้วหรอ พอแจ้ง reception กลับได้คำตอบว่าที่จอดรถเต็ม ให้ไปจอดโซนด้านนอกซึ่งมืดมากๆ เดินก็ไกลจากตัวโรงแรมมาก ไม่มีความสะดวกสบาย แล้วยังไม่มีความปลอดภัยใดๆ ยอมรับว่าห้องดีมาก แต่โรงแรมระดับ 5 ดาว ควรมีการจัดการในส่วนของที่จอดรถให้ดีกว่านี้ ไม่โอเครอย่างแรง

เดินทางสะดวก ทำเลดี มีที่จอดรถ ห้องพักกว้างขวาง ที่นอนนอนสบายมาก สระว่ายน้ำเล็ก ๆ 3 สระ เหมาะสำหรับมาพักผ่อนอยู่ในห้อง อาหารเช้าหลากหลาย ชอบน้ำเต้าหู้เข้มข้นดีค่ะ
