The door is damaged, the air is not cold, the bathroom door is damaged.

Our room was a Superior room with a great balcony overlooking the entrance to the hotel and alleyway which was great to people watch and just enjoy the mornings. Room was perfectly made everyday and housekeeping was rarely seen and you were never rushed or door knocked. We would leave for breakfast and a short trip and when we arrived back everything was perfect again. There is a great spa. Any request to staff, for help planning excursions etc was easy and he did a great job at anything you asked him to help with. We will absolutely be back again next year at the same time. We love this place and staff.
