It's delicious and clean, I'm a regular customer and most importantly it's cheap and cheerful.

the staff is friendly, very helpful, the capsule room size is spacious and nice, the AC is cold, there is a motorbike parking lot, the lounge is nice and aesthetic, maybe when there is an event in Jember it will be crowded but when I came to the second floor it was quiet but I felt like I was at home, if you want to stay in a cheap capsule hotel with decent facilities, here is highly recommended, guys, it's close to everywhere and the campus area too if you want to find food just go to the front of the highway, try it, it will definitely be fun to stay here especially if you are with friends👍😎😎💯👍

The location is very strategic, the environment around the inn is quiet. There are no additional costs. The staff is friendly.

The room is quite clean, the bathroom is clean, close to the UNEJ campus, close to Indomart and there are many sellers around the inn, the staff are friendly, but you can't eat at the price I ordered, recommended for transit.

The bathroom especially the sink on the 2nd floor needs to be repaired. If possible, add more bathrooms so that there won't be a long queue.

Good and cheap hostel, strategic because it is near the business center of Jalan Kalimantan. Please provide your own toiletries because only towels are provided. The toilet on the 3rd floor is also dark because the lights are out. Overall the service is friendly. Only. Suggestion for those on night duty on October 16th please. Knock on the door first and say excuse me before. Enter. Even though it is a bunk bed, 1 room only has 4 beds and I happened to get a single one. I was surprised when someone suddenly came in and opened the door while bringing a new guest even though it was almost midnight. That's all. Thank you.

The hotel staff were friendly and helped check in even though it was too late, the place was clean and comfortable, and vehicle security was also guaranteed.

Comfortable and okay. But there are often no guards. I wanted to check out but had to wait a long time because there was no guard and when I contacted there was no reply.

Better than I expected. In accordance with the price, hot water for bathing is delicious, location is close to many places to eat. What was most surprising was the internet speed, I had a test speed of 20mbps 👍. I've stayed at other places with the same price, speed only 1-2 mbps 😂. So it's very good for those who need decent wifi speed. Recommended 👍.

Ketiga kalinya nginep di sini. Di kamar yang selalu sama nomor 13! So far oke lah ya. Cuma ada sedikit perubahan aja untuk ketiga kali ini seperti kamar ada sarang laba-laba, tembok sedikit berjamur, kamar mandi sedikit kotor. Tapi masih nyaman kok, AC, kamar tidur nyaman, kamar mandi air hangat, pelayanan ok di sediakan snack morning free, keren banget! Cuma kebersihan aja sih sedikit, di tingkatkan 1-10 aku rate 7.5 🤗. Please kalian kalo kesini aku saranin ambil yang room private aja ya 😉. Sukses terus InnBox Capsule!

The place is comfortable, the facilities are complete, the receptionist is on standby even though yesterday I checked in at 3 in the morning, the bathroom is clean & a hair dryer is also available. Really top for the budget price.
