stuffy room, smells of cigarettes and dusty.. asked for a refund but couldn't, after asking for a replacement we got a better unit but it was still stuffy and dusty and the shower and toilet flush were broken..

The admin is great, fast response, the place is nice and clean, the price is also okay.

The room has nothing, I ask for 2 single beds but tey say not available. Room was not really clean, bedsheet & all is very dirty. Don't really know they can offer this to foreign people coming in to stay. Not even a cup or mineral waters, the inside fridge was so dirty. I doubt they really do any cleaning. The rubbish was thrown outside the room almost everywhere. Seems like a posh area outside but looks like in a slump inside. 👎 Real bad experience, not recommend so far.

The rooms are clean, given towels and hot tea and sugar coffee are provided, the facilities are still maintained.

The hotel management expels hotel guests before check-out time. From the Traveloka Site it is written that check-out time is 12:00 but the hotel has expelled from 11:45 only given 5 minutes to clean up. It's disappointing.
