We called in advance to say that we would be late to check in due to the train schedule, the motel agreed and said plz call the phone number and the staff will open the door. I arrived on time, take a lot of phone calls, knocked on the door, but no one opened the door, we waited outside for 30 minutes from 4 am-4:30 am. 30 minutes later, the staff opened the door and there was no apology for us. The room also has mosquitoes. We booked a room through the app for two adults, but when we arrived at the motel, they said we could only have one bed and charged us an extra fee. I think the motel should have clearly rules on the app, their rules mislead customers. Overall we experienced bad service and I will never come back!
