I stayed in the deluxe resort type on the access to the pool. The room is cool, spacious and airy, the view is nice because there is a large window facing the hill. Just sitting/lying in the room while looking at nature is calming. Staying here is really paying for the view. For a resort class, there are several things that need to be improved: cleanliness of the room floor - needs to be mopped regularly because dust sticks to it. The toothbrush is cheap vs A*t*n which is cheaper can provide a better dental kit, so it needs to be improved. Soap and Shampoo are still individual tube models, it is better to change to a dispenser model to reduce plastic waste. Need extra tissue in the bathroom. It is better to provide a small towel for the face/hands. The fried rice at this hotel is delicious. Recommended to stay here for those who want to relax and enjoy nature and daydream, free from the hustle and bustle of the crowd.

The staff is very friendly, the room is clean. Because I only stayed for a short time because I was going to Ijen, the staff was responsive to make it easy for me to check out at 1 am and breakfast was also packed to make the process easier.

Very artsy! There are beautiful paintings everywhere and they have a batik gallery at the restaurant. The view from the swimming pool is very beautiful too! The location is very convenient, near Ijen Crater. But the road inside and to the hotel is quite small and the drive to the reception & rooms is quite steep (you could choose to use the hotel car though). Overall we had an enjoyable stay! p.s. may not be wheelchair-friendly due to many stairs

Thankfully, when checking in, I was able to upgrade my room, because the Griya Sabin room was located below so it was far from the swimming pool. For the facilities and friendliness of the staff, this is really the best 🫰

For a 4-star hotel, this place is disappointing: 1. Shower that is not HOT, if you want to take a shower you have to call room service, even though it is still not hot on the second call. 2. Minimal breakfast menu variety. 3. Parking is difficult, shuttle does not work. 4. With items 1 and 2 above, overall overpriced. A 4-star hotel with an OYO feel.

Located inside vilage with narrow access, facilities are very limited vs the price, practicaly nothing you can do inside.

Nice hotel dengan staff yang sangat ramah dan sangat membantu. Lokasi hotel agak masuk dengan jalan sempit, namun viewnya bagus. Dari lobby ke kamar harus melalui tangga dan jalan setapak. Breakfast oke sesuai standard

Seindah itu view nya, makanan enak banget, pelayanan ramah, kamar bersih, kasih nilai 10, next minep situ lagi untuk ke Ijen liat blue fire.

Comfortable hotel, quiet atmosphere in the forest, delicious breakfast at an altitude of 500 meters above sea level if you go to Ijen crater, you have to go up again to the top about 17 km, if you are tired you can request a massage therapist by local people.

We arrived in Banyuwangi around 22.00, the road to the hotel was quiet and entered the village. When I arrived at the hotel at around 23.00 to see the receptionist I was shocked. Duh, I don't think the hotel is according to expectations. And the respected guardian was shocked because we ordered 3 rooms while the rooms that were confirmed from the manager were only 2.After I showed the code, the hotel manager immediately gave another room that was better than it should have been. In my opinion the hotel service is very good, very friendly to guests. It's just that the hotel location is quite far from the city center. If possible, if you want to go to the hotel, bring food first from the city, because the area around the hotel does not have people selling food. This hotel is suitable for those who want to calm down, hanimun or want a calm atmosphere, cleanliness of the room, good bangeet. I didn & amp; # 39; t expect the hotel to be that clean. Maybe next time you can come here again if you want a quiet place.
