Complaint About Poor Hotel Conditions. I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent stay. The room I was given was dirty, had a bad smell, and was in very poor condition. There were also many mosquitoes, making it very uncomfortable to stay. I requested a room change, but unfortunately, the new room had the same issues. This has greatly affected my experience, and I believe it does not meet the standards expected from your hotel. I hope you can take immediate action to address these problems. Spot On has very small room and dirty smell inside the room. I am so disappointed stay there. More better before booking visit first and see all 's hotel. Actually not same like the picture. Only cheating online booking. Noted.

I was informed that it was without shower inside and needed to pay for extra rm 18 for room with shower and the bathroom is extremely small with no hot shower.

Room when wet rain, rain water came in, then in the indoors, got angry custmers only, extra blanket cushions to grab yourself close in the store, then when I asked for the indonesian face, did the lazy, knew how to get a job and so on .
