The room is spacious, we stayed 2 nights with family, the room is quite spacious compared to the surrounding hotels, clean. The FO room is instagrammable, the staff is friendly, the security is friendly and helpful. The only drawback is that the towels need to be replaced because they are torn and a bit smelly. Access to the shopping center is very close, the city center. In short, the access is top markotop recommended. This is our 3rd stay experience

I ordered a non-smoking room but the room still smelled of cigarettes, I ordered a top floor but was given a lower floor without notification.

The hotel walkable to grand and plaza indonesia. However i feel like the room not clean, have some stain in curtain and the towel smelly.

The hotel is very strategic. The service from security to staff, to HK is friendly. But... please pay attention to the bathroom... it's slippery

Thank God, I'm satisfied with Ana Hotel. The only thing lacking is the towels which are not white and are already tattered. It would be better to separate the towels which are suitable and no longer suitable for guests to use even though they are clean. In the shower area, the puddles are difficult to remove. Cleanliness and service need to be improved because it has the advantage of good access and area.
