Facilities aren’t new but basically enough. The pool is small and the sewer is kinda stinky. Not many entertainment activities around.

Poor service; they charged extra for washing slightly soiled towels. It's not a lot, but if you've booked a room, the hotel should provide service; why should you pay? Meanwhile, the hotel's furnishings and bathroom fixtures are very old and outdated.

I go to Da Nang many times a year, but this hotel was quite bad compared to the others I booked. The room was supposed to be a king-size bed, but it was actually two beds joined together, making it uncomfortable to lie in the middle. It was a bit noisy, and the air conditioning was too hot. It was okay, though! The bed linens and towels were a bit dirty. I hope the hotel will renovate it to make it better.

For this price, there wasn't even a tissue box, the air conditioning wasn't cool, and they only provided one key card per room. Overall, it was extremely disappointing. The only redeeming features were a nice view and proximity to the city center.

I found it beautiful, however, the price was a bit high because I went during the fireworks display. Overall, I would come back a second time; the receptionist was very enthusiastic.

The location is near the Han River Bridge, close to the city center and also near the beach. The staff are good. There's a delicious noodle soup place nearby.

The room amenities were outdated, the air conditioning wasn't working properly, the bathroom had a broken shower head, and there were no drinks or food available other than two free bottles of water.

The hotel was nice, with a kitchen and a bathtub. However, I stayed in a double bed which was actually just two mattresses joined together, making it quite uncomfortable to sleep in at night. Otherwise, it was pretty good.

This is a mid-range hotel, just for temporary accommodation, with affordable prices suitable for those who travel a lot and don't stay in hotels.

The elevator is faulty and needs replacing. We waited forever for one, and even then, the doors don't close automatically. The interior is old, and the floors are dirty.

The room wasn't soundproof at all, there was a strong sewage smell from the toilet, the room was old, only the staff were friendly and helpful.

The hotel's location is convenient, close to many attractions and restaurants. I am very satisfied with the service here and will definitely return on future trips.
