Very friendly and accommodating staff

It's perfect for those of us who want to do activities in Malang. Comfortable for sleeping.

I stayed here on November 15th. The staff was very friendly. Even though we wanted to leave at 1 a.m., because our motorcycle was already in the parking area, the staff still helped us get our motorcycle out. Thank you, I think this place is perfect for a honeymoon, because it's still in Malang City and close to tourist attractions. My advice: maintain your friendliness and improve your service.

Fun, friendly staff. Centrally located. You can leave your bags before checking in and leave them after checking out for lunch. Safe for women traveling solo with Yakult size. Recommended.

The rooms are all ok & clean, only the rooms are not soundproof, the staff are friendly, close to the city center, just a short walk.

hot water is only on for a few minutes. it doesn't work well for long. so take a shower at night and use cold water in the morning. then in the morning there is the sound of roof/wall repairs so it's very noisy.

for a suite room, spacious and complete sofa in the room, the price is around 500 during a long weekend, it's really worth it! The spacious room is comfortable for praying, prayer mats are also provided, clean, all the staff are friendly, I brought my clothes and from the beginning when I arrived, it was explained that if the vehicle was no longer in use, I could confirm to the staff so that it could be moved to the back (they seem to have a safer parking area than in front of the hotel) Then the next day when checking out, I asked for my vehicle and bag because I still wanted to explore the area on foot, they helped me by giving me a double lock on my vehicle.. I really don't regret staying here

the room is spacious, the bed is big enough for 3-4 people, fragrant, friendly staff, hot water works well, I booked 2 rooms and stayed 2 nights for the purpose of going to Bromo. because it is in the city center, so there are many stalls.. yellow rice, corn rice, pecel, satay, skoteng, soto, fried rice etc. the only accommodation that provides prayer mats for prayer in each room.

The hotel is close to shops and is convenient if you want to look for food, just walk away. The rooms are spacious and clean, but the hot water doesn't work well. Yesterday I got a room with a leaking AC.
