2nd time staying here, still very good… Friendly staff, location actually very close to Alun Alun Malang but to find food we need to walk around 500m to get better choices

The bathroom is clean, the AC is okay, but the mattress is not very comfortable because it's two single beds combined, making it hard to sleep in the middle and not sound asleep. It's better for a family of three to have a king-size bed, not to combine the beds.

The room's ambiance is comfortable, brightly lit, with several light fixtures to choose from, allowing for a comfortable sleep experience. The bed is clean, the furniture is clean and of good quality, and amenities are complete, including a prayer mat. The bathroom is clean, with toilet paper rolls provided. There's a sink with two glasses and a toothbrush and toothpaste. However, the shower head needs replacing or repairing as the water flow is messy and the hot water stays on all the time. There are no unpleasant odors in the room. In the standard double room, it was a little difficult to move from one spot to another because the bed was already cramped with the table and walls, and the prayer space was just right. The staff were friendly (not fake, but not overly indifferent). WhatsApp chats were answered promptly and professionally, and check-in/out was standard and smooth. Laundry service is available at standard lodging prices, which can be used if absolutely necessary. It was very helpful. The location is very easy to access, very easy to access shopping centers, Kayutangan tourism, restaurants or street food stalls, etc. even within a walking distance.

I stayed here on November 15th. The staff was very friendly. Even though we wanted to leave at 1 a.m., because our motorcycle was already in the parking area, the staff still helped us get our motorcycle out. Thank you, I think this place is perfect for a honeymoon, because it's still in Malang City and close to tourist attractions. My advice: maintain your friendliness and improve your service.

The rooms are all ok & clean, only the rooms are not soundproof, the staff are friendly, close to the city center, just a short walk.

hot water is only on for a few minutes. it doesn't work well for long. so take a shower at night and use cold water in the morning. then in the morning there is the sound of roof/wall repairs so it's very noisy.

for a suite room, spacious and complete sofa in the room, the price is around 500 during a long weekend, it's really worth it! The spacious room is comfortable for praying, prayer mats are also provided, clean, all the staff are friendly, I brought my clothes and from the beginning when I arrived, it was explained that if the vehicle was no longer in use, I could confirm to the staff so that it could be moved to the back (they seem to have a safer parking area than in front of the hotel) Then the next day when checking out, I asked for my vehicle and bag because I still wanted to explore the area on foot, they helped me by giving me a double lock on my vehicle.. I really don't regret staying here

the room is spacious, the bed is big enough for 3-4 people, fragrant, friendly staff, hot water works well, I booked 2 rooms and stayed 2 nights for the purpose of going to Bromo. because it is in the city center, so there are many stalls.. yellow rice, corn rice, pecel, satay, skoteng, soto, fried rice etc. the only accommodation that provides prayer mats for prayer in each room.
