Booked for two days but only stayed for half a day. Pool, restaurant, etc. were not operational. Many units on my floor were broken / unusable. My own unit had noisy AC, TV could but regular channels, wifi please be patient, beddings felt less clean. But the staff were very friendly and helpful. It's a shame it seems like there are rarely any people using it.

The hotel is quite clean, comfortable. The service is also friendly, the location is very strategic. Great, satisfied anyway.

The hotel is located in the mall area and not far from the center of Malang. If you want to go to Batu, it's not too far, but unfortunately for late check-out, you could say it's not possible.

actually really like this hotel strategic location next to the mall that has a playground for the little ones. but I don't know why even though I stayed on the 18th floor. there were a lot of dog noises that were really loud at night. so it made it difficult to sleep.

For business trips, I think the rooms and facilities are sufficient and on par with malls.

Disappointed with the price of 350,000, the room's AC is off, the TV doesn't work because of the signal, I also have wifi on the 16th floor, I got 2 keys, the card key doesn't work, I got the manual, this hotel is not a boarding house, right? The photo is not very nice and it seems that the hotel is poorly maintained, there are many facilities, but the restaurant pool doesn't work, it's not even maintained, it seems like the building is really haunted, the room is quite big and clean, the bathroom glass is rusty, the towels are dirty 🥹😴🥲😢disappointed because it doesn't match the real application 🙏🙏🙏🙏

It was very helpful to check in early and meet friendly staff. I didn't expect to get a mountain view. The price was very affordable. Maybe the blankets/sarongs that have been used for a long time should not be used anymore. Please provide shampoo and liquid soap.

The hotel is clean, the rooms are OK, the location is connected to a mall so it's easy to find food and shop for necessities like mineral water and snacks.

The room was poorly maintained, the floor looked dirty from something spilled. The towels are not suitable for a hotel, the wifi is slow, sometimes it connects, sometimes it doesn't. Once connected there is no internet.

It was a pleasure staying at Himana. Near 2 big malls. Near campus. The rooms are clean and smell good. Hopefully it can be busy again so that the mall facilities and swimming pool can be active again.
