Excellent service, all the staff was really nice, good manners, and so helpful by giving the best service. I would definitely come back if I came across Ubud. The food was okay for breakfast.

This is my 4th time staying here every time I go to Ubud and I always love it, there is a choice of breakfast menu, spacious rooms, quiet environment, happy kids.

A 10-minute walk from downtown. They don't restock breakfast, and the waffles are cheap. Refreshing and quiet jungle pool. Very good value. Very friendly staff.

Top. The location is close to a supermarket and close to the bustling center of Ubud.

Maintenance and cleanliness need to be improved. One night, the bathroom faucet came off and made a loud noise while we were sleeping, disrupting our rest. I complained to the front desk and was offered a room change. We were forced to move. The next morning, we moved our belongings from the previous room. The hotel staff simply watched without helping us carry our belongings. The front desk only apologized without any consequences. Some rooms had a strong musty odor and the hotel towels were of poor quality.

The towel is not very clean because it has yellow and black stains which are disgusting.

The room is comfortable..the hot water kettle looks like it hasn't been cleaned..there's still water in it..but overall it's comfortable..

I booked a deluxe room, but apparently there were renovations and I was upgraded to a larger room (1 twin bed, 1 queen bed). The room was clean, tidy, and comfortable. It had a shower and bathtub, plus hot water. It was a great value for the price of 300,000+. My favorite part was the hallway leading to the hotel room. The concept is very unique, especially at night with the garden lights. There's a swimming pool too. Overall, 9/10. Very good, I love it!

Nice stay. The hotel is quite good and the room is spacious. The food is also nice.

Positives: - The room is spacious & antique-looking. If you're bored with "sterile" minimalist-style decor, then this is a refreshing change. - The breakfast is quite decent, just your standard well-to-do Indonesian-style hotel breakfast. The coffee is really good too. Negatives: - The room is a bit dusty & not so soundproof. - The wifi connection is lagging. - Some of the towels provided are not absorbent. - There's no dehumidifier in the bathroom, so any wet towel will not dry overnight there.

Breakfast is included in the Hotel charge. Breakfast was very good with several items, choice. Hotel staff are friendly. Hotel cleanliness was very good.

Nice to stay here, close to Campuhan Ridge Walk, far from busy street.

Clean and beautiful, the environment is calm, quiet, and not far from central Ubud.

Friendly staff, delicious breakfast with lots of choices, spacious and clean rooms, there is a back garden in each room, there is an outdoor shower in the garden, the swimming pool is awesome

Overall the hotel is good, the breakfast is delicious and varied, the only downside is the room was a bit damp especially since it was raining and the bathroom was not very clean, maybe because the building is old and there was a lack of maintenance.
