The hotel is new, the facilities are also new, the staff is friendly. However, the air conditioner in the room has the wind blowing straight at the head of the bed, so it is a bit difficult to sleep at night. In addition, during my stay at the hotel, when I went down to the swimming pool, I wore the hotel's slippers (brown slippers), but when I came up for swimming, I don't know if the staff or another guest took the slippers I had brought down and left another pair (blue slippers). I thought they were probably the hotel's slippers, so I brought the blue pair back to the room to make up the number of slippers the hotel provided, which was 02. When it was time to check out, the receptionist said that there was a missing pair. I explained the reason and the receptionist said that they would check. Because I thought it was a bit time-consuming, I agreed to pay 52k for the lost pair of slippers, even though I did not lose them.

Always choose quinter to rest, 10đ, all 😊 reasonable price, friendly staff. Oh, but every time check-in takes a bit long, booking via app has paid but always check can't see and I have to wait, that's just an error, everything else is fine

I have been to many 5-star hotels but I find Quinter hotel very affordable and the service and food are 5-star. Next time I visit Nha Trang, I will stay here again.

The staff is professional but explains the amenities to guests too quickly, as if someone is chasing me. I stayed at the hotel to attend a wedding there, so when I got out of the elevator I had to go through the smoking area. I got an upgraded room with a view, but no bathtub.

- Overall: 5-star hotel, everything 9.5/10. - My family and I had 3 refreshing summer days, unforgettable feelings at Quinter, everything was as expected. Although I have stayed at many hotels in Ntrang, this experience gave me the most comfortable feeling. - About the room: The sea-facing room will always have a view of the swimming pool, if you have children, choosing this room will be very convenient because you can see the children playing and know the sea situation to go swimming. The room is extremely clean - Location: If you like quietness when you return to your room, you should choose this hotel instead of the hotels right on Tran Phu street. I find that when you return to your room, you feel private and can relax well because there are not many noisy restaurants/karaoke around. Especially, I stayed for 3 nights, 95% of the guests were Korean, so they were also very polite and quiet while eating and staying. Walking to the beach is only 3 minutes, the sea in the morning is as quiet as a lake, in the afternoon there are a few waves, the sea is so clean and clear that you can see the bottom - Hotel buffet: maybe it suits your taste so I think the breakfast is up to 5-star standard, the main dishes change every day so you don't get bored, and they are cooked to your taste, there are both European, Vietnamese, and Chinese. Especially the flexible time and management, from 6am-10pm, I was eating and had an emergency and went out for an hour, then came back to eat again, they still welcomed me warmly as usual - Swimming pool: what I like the most is this, the swimming pool is warm all day, there is a massage pool, a children's pool, and a large adult pool, so for those who like to swim, this is the most impressive thing about Quinter - Amenities: Compact gym, Spa at the hotel is very affordable, but you have to book in advance because they will ask the staff to come when you book. Good air conditioning, personal items are fully equipped. - Staff: check-in is quick and very friendly, in the 3 days I stayed, I met more than 10 staff from reception, doorman to room attendant, swimming pool... everyone is very cute, enthusiastic, flexible. - Points to improve: 1) The bathroom floor is slippery, should be fixed to make it safer. 2) Adding a playroom for children will improve the hotel. 3) There is no laundry service at the hotel and around, so if you stay for a long time, you need to handle it yourself. Adding a washer and dryer will be more convenient for guests. - I will still choose Quinter for my next trip to Nha Trang, even though there are many options out there. Charge for children when booking without notice. At the place, charging 400 for children's breakfast is too high

The hotel is about 200m from the beach, you can walk to the beach quite conveniently, the staff is cute and enthusiastic. There are also massage and karaoke next to the hotel

The hotel is clean, the service and staff are quite good. However, the breakfast buffet seems to have fewer dishes than last year when I stayed here, even though this time my family stayed on the weekend. The triple room is a double room with an extra bed, the bed is small and rickety, in general it is very bad compared to the price paid for an extra bed, it is narrow for women, let alone men.
