Friendly staff, clean, nice, strategic location, comfortable.

The facility is good. The staff response is good.

I booked the room even though it was non-refundable. I had an event in Malioboro, which turned out to be quite far from the hotel, but since I couldn’t cancel, I decided to make the most of it. I contacted the staff before arrival, and the room was already prepared when I checked in. The in-room dining was delicious, though the price is about what you’d expect from a four-star hotel, on the expensive side. The surroundings were amazing, with plenty of restaurants and food stalls nearby. I took a morning walk and visited Gudeg Yu Djum Pusat, which was only about a 10–13 minute walk away. The restaurant in the hotel offered a decent variety, nothing too excessive, but not too little either. I do hope they could add more beverages and fresh fruit to the breakfast selection. Overall, the staff were excellent, very hospitable and professional. I really have no complaints.

Everything is okay except for breakfast. From the first to the fourth day, the menu is the same, only the side dishes are different, and please improve the taste because it is predominantly sweet, fishy, and cold.

The swimming pool is too small and ineffective.

Actually everything was ok..but during my 3-hour stay, the outside noise was really loud..it seemed like the room wasn't soundproof, maybe because I stayed on the weekend. When I had breakfast, my name was crossed out and it was assumed I had already had breakfast..they asked how many people were staying with me even though it was just the two of us 🤷‍♀️hopefully it won't happen again

All went well and the experience was great. Only the TV in the room 606 was error upon checked in, the engineering came & fixed the TV already & it worked. Only after I came back in the evening after sightseeing & turn it back on the TV error again. Otherwise the stay was pleasant 🤍

The general facilities are okay. The room and bathroom are well-maintained and clean. The location is very strategic, with many delicious restaurants nearby, so you can explore the area while you're there. The breakfast menu is varied, befitting a 4-star hotel. The taste is 7.5/10. The hotel's design is very artistic, but the rooms aren't soundproof.

Room: Hard mattress, no hair dryer, kettle combined with coffee machine, overhead shower doesn't drain water. Breakfast: Limited selection, taste nothing special. Hospitality: So-so, nothing remarkable. Overall 7.5/10. Plus points: Spacious, clean room, and great location.

It's good for transit stays, but it's not soundproof so you can still hear the sound of motorbikes on the road, but the location is strategic.

The Wi-Fi isn't very fast, although it's very easy to access. Hopefully, it can be improved! Thank you.

It was a great experience to stay here. The location is perfect for those who like to explore Jogja. Food was amazing, both breakfast & the restaurant. Room was spacious & clean. The most important is the staff were all very helpful & friendly. Loved it!

Why is it that the food in all Artotel is not delicious? Even I asked for Indomie (which is very easy) it was still not delicious 😢😢
