When the officer arrived at the apartment, he had been awaited by the clerk and immediately handed over the key, the apartment was clean and complete, around close to where to eat.

The location is good on the edge of the highway and near aptm there are levels and mini markets so if you need something it's easy to buy. Right in front of the aptmn there is a pretty good Korean and Japanese rest. If you walk - / + 300m there is kfc, pizza and street food ... The apartment is pretty complete: there is a washing machine, microwave, hair dryer, iron, fridge and kitchenette. Inadequate not provided dispenser & drinking water.

I really enjoy staying here, I feel like living in my own home, but there is only one place for clothes.

Nice and cozy apartment with full facility, iron, hairdryer, shampoo, soap, etc..Clean and also convenient. There are grocery store & 7eleven on the 1st floor, and also korean resto & japanese resto..5-15mins walk, you will meet lots of food place, nasi kandar, kfc, vegetarian food, chinese food, chuan chuan xiang, seafood, etc~ quite cheap to grab to everywhere you wanna go..when I filled the comment,range of the price from apartment : grab to airport only 17rm..grab to gurney, chowrasta, pulau tikus around 11-13rm, going to around jelutong, 4-6rm. Unfortunately forgot to take pic, but the apartment are exactly the same with the pictures owner posted.. my parents really enjoy the stay..

Apartnya same as in the description, comfortable, no interference whatsoever. To find food is not difficult, especially at night. The officers are all friendly.

The room is clean and spacious. The owner is also friendly and helpful.

Near ATM, mini market, 7 Eleven. and close everywhere. The room is clean, the clerk is okay.

This place is very comfortable, and suitable to live with my family.

The apartment environment was very pleasant, the apartment unit was very clean, and it really helped me in the check-in and check-out process.

Overall quite good. Just parking is a bit of a bump and roll around when you ride but anything is very satisfying.

Great place with swimming pools, playground, gym.

Nice and clean room, this is our second time here in Penang. We will stay here again whenever we are in Penang. It's an apartment room, so they have living room.
