Clean, budget room, excelent for that price. The minus is that it's just far away, but it's very close to the beach. Suitable for those who need peace.

Penjaga homestay nya kayaknya kurang komunikasi dengan pihak marketing, jadi dia gak tau kalo kami ini tamu yang sudah bayar via aplikasi. Di aplikasi kami bayar harga kolam renang tapi sampai di sana karena kamar bawah full kami ditempatkan lantai 2. Dah cukup sekali aja di sini.

The guards are not always on standby when checking in, a bit confused about who to meet, the location is in a quiet place but close to the Perenan beach, a 5 minute walk, to the center of the Ubud crowd it is quite close to the vehicle, the place is clean but minimal facilities according to the cheap price when I booked.

Have been stay here 3x already since 2018. Before was good but now the staff is really rude, super not friendly. Not even a smile or say hello. Not recommended!

The location is far from the convenience store (mini market). The hotel facilities are good (with cheap budget), hot water, AC, TV, swimming pool.

It was very nice to stay there it's very chill and relax. A bit outside of town, so you need motorbike to go around. Also the room was good and clean.

We are 4 girls want to stay together at one room. But they have no an extra bed option. We should get one extra room. It so disappointed. And the employee not friendly at all. Room was clean. That's only the poin.

The location is far from anywhere motorbike rental is also difficult the hotel is still new.

Amazing place! Very tranquil, not really far from all the beach clubs at canggu and also close to Pererenan beach. There’s a green zone before we can arrive to this place, means that there are only rice fields throughout our way to Kubu Kutus, which is very beautiful in the morning! Also, the staffs are really nice and very helpful. Will definitely come back for sure to this place! ❤️❤️❤️

The hotel is close to rice fields and beaches, the fields are quite wide and green. It's nice to take a walk in the afternoon around the rice fields. The beach is only a 5 minute walk. don't pay for parking, don't pay in. Far from the crowds. So it is very suitable for those who want a calm atmosphere. Clean pool, clean rooms, fragrant towels. TV, air conditioner, shower and fridge work well. There are free water refill dispensers, there is a food drink service, spa, but pay. Next time definitely choose this place again. Thanks for amazing place for affordable price!
