Friendly and helpful hotel staff, strategic hotel location, clean and comfortable rooms.

I swear, what kind of hotel is this? The guest's identity is being spread out, the ID card is also being spread out and if you want to take legal action, I am ready. I am very disappointed and cannot accept what kind of hotel does not comply with the SOP. It would be better to just throw them out. The hotel staff in the administration section are always playing games and also spreading personal data, namely the ID card. This hotel is not recommended at all.

I stayed here and rented 2 rooms, one with breakfast and one without breakfast, no toothbrush, soap and shampoo, and the one with breakfast was complete, there were 6 snacks, what should I do? The one without breakfast cost 220 straight away, no toiletries, only 1 towel, and another thing is that the hotel doesn't have hot water 🥶🥶🥶

The service is good, food is delicious, the room quite large for 3 adults and 1 baby, just the toilet not smell good

Pelayanan ramah, masuk pertama ke kamar ada kecoak lagi jalan-jalan di ranjang, besok lagi minta tolong di pastikan bersih dri serangga atau disemprot pake pembasmi serangga ya, kamar mandi bersih, air panas dingin ada dan kenceng. Miss nya 1 aja, kecoa.
