Excellent quality at good prices. The hotel is located on Hai Ba Trung Street very convenient for travel, one straight to An Bang beach, one straight to the old town. The hotel is clean, comfortable, friendly, enthusiastic staff, support for Cu Lao Cham tour booking and good car hire. If returning to Hoi An will definitely book a room at Nhi Trung.

I booked the wrong room type 1 guest / room. I contacted the receptionist (at more than 12:00 noon) to find the solution, the receptionist informed me that the room was still enough for 2 people / room and no extra room, only surcharge for breakfast ( But I do not eat breakfast so I do not generate this amount). After 14pm, when I check in, I will receive a room with 2 single beds (1m - 1m1 bed type) and the hotel will be close to 2 beds, not a double bed as usual. I'm quite disappointed in this. Hotel rooms are clean, tidy toilets, fine. But the interior of the room is very simple, the blanket is just a thin sheet, little pillows and the mattress is not good. The door of the room with the old style knob, closed, but it still felt insecure. If this is a 1-star hotel or a motel type, I have nothing to complain but with 2-star hotel standard, room price ~ 450k / room, I feel unreasonable. With such furniture, many motels can have even more luxurious interiors while the room rate is less than 1/2. I hope that Nhi Trung will improve its service to bring a better experience to tourists.

Pros: (1) Friendly staffs spokes reasonably good English. (2) Great hotel location ... along main street & 5~10 minutes walking distance to Ancient Town. (3) Very clean/spacious room with balcony & free coffee/tea. Bathtub included. (4) Value for money. Will stay here again! (5) Free coffee/tea at lobby. (6) 10 minutes taxi ride to An Bang Beach (must go). Very satisfied with hotel. Will stay again in future! Cons: Wish a safe deposit box could be provided.
