Thank you Star Apartment, thank God, my family had a comfortable and really fun vacation in Semarang, next time we go to Semarang we will stay again at Star Hotel.. 🥰

The toilet can't be used, I called the number listed but there was no response, the shower doesn't work smoothly

So creepy, sob, I stayed on the 18th floor, and I had to take the elevator from floor P1 or P4, the receptionist was on the 6th floor, the apartment hallway leaked a lot, so I had to use a gallon of water to clean it, the room was dirty and full of dust, Seriously, I don't recommend it and I won't be coming back again. There's no one guarding the parking lot, and there are no parking tickets, so it's really scary.

Seriously, the view is beautiful, but the cleanliness isn't that great, to the point where I didn't take a shower because of the bathroom. I'd suggest improving the cleanliness of the bathroom. Try using white sheets, and wipe down the windows to make them shiny, so you can see the view more clearly.

I was initially attracted by the clean-looking photos on the app. However, the reality when I entered the room was beyond my expectations. The room was not very clean, with the pillows and bed being less than spotless. The bathroom had a noisy exhaust fan. The toilet wouldn't flush. Parking and service were lacking; you had to go up to P6 to check in, and the atmosphere was less than comfortable.

The room is worth the price, not bad for that price with a city light view.

no wifi, even though it says there is in the application. when I stayed there, the room walls were damp, the shower faucet was broken, the towels were dirty, the bathroom was super dirty, the cabinets were dirty. on the positive side, the bed was comfortable and clean, the AC was cold, the room was spacious, with a nice view, and the security was good.

Thank you Star Apartment. Our short vacation was paid off by the spacious room facilities with complete facilities, Smart TV, refrigerator, water heater functioning well, the swimming pool on the 30th floor is very fun for children to take pictures while enjoying the view of Semarang city from a height... Just a suggestion for the apartment management to improve the cleanliness in the front office area so that the comfortable atmosphere starts from the first glance and directions should be placed in each room, because the apartment consists of several units and is one with the hotel.

The room is quite nice and clean, but the bathroom has a shower that is a bit broken and water only comes out on the left side. The rest is okay
