It's a very comfortable stay, with early morning check-in. The room is cleaned daily, the breakfast is delicious, and the food delivered to the room is quick... and everything is inexpensive...

The first time I stayed here, the old hotel pillows were no longer fit for use. The bathroom was not clean and I couldn't sleep because of the noisy young people at 3 am on their motorbikes, and I ended up not being able to sleep until morning.

On Saturday, July 26th, around 9:30 to 10:00 a.m., the cleaning staff were chatting loudly, which I found quite disturbing. It's better to have such unimportant conversations in the employee restroom. Perhaps they could provide some guidance on how to provide excellent customer service. Visitors shouldn't be noisy, but the employees are the ones causing the disturbance.

The AC is not cold, the WiFi cannot be used, there are no hotel slippers or tissues, the doormat has holes in it.
