Please maintain the existing facilities, such as the sliding door window in the room which is difficult to open, the entrance door to the room could not be opened with a card so I had to wait a long time for repairs.

Please improve security services, there was no security guard at check-in to manage parking.

The staff is friendly, and the town square is easy to access. There are plenty of food stalls around the hotel. There are a few things that could be improved in the future. The pool isn't kid-friendly, the breakfast menu isn't very varied, the restaurant only has one baby chair, so I had to hold my baby while eating, and the corners of the room are a bit unclean.

The service is already good, hopefully it will be even better in the future.

Every time I go to Blitar, I always stay here, it's close to the town square and various culinary delights, but this time it was a little uncomfortable with the bathroom leaking in the shower jet, otherwise it was very comfortable with a fairly affordable price.

There are lots of delicious food stalls around the hotel, strategic location in the middle of the city, close to everywhere.

The hotel is okay, some of the staff are friendly but some are not. The room is not very soundproof so you can hear outside noise. When I left the room for breakfast, I was surprised to find many hotel staff outside the room cleaning the hallway. When I passed by, they kept staring at me from behind the closed door and didn't smile, so I felt uncomfortable.

Good hotel for family travel and business

The best hotel in Blitar for the price, the rooms are spacious and very clean, the bathroom is clean, all the equipment is still working and there is hot water

Deluxe room, clean and comfortable.. There are 2 additional sofas and a table.. The staff is also friendly.. The breakfast food is varied and delicious.. It's a shame that when we stayed there, the swimming pool was still under maintenance. The garden and games are not child-friendly.

The hotel is comfortable, looks clean, and the reception staff are not very friendly. The problem is that when I slept at night, the mattress looked clean, but I couldn't sleep because the blanket made my family itchy. I don't know if it was the sheets or the mattress that were the problem. Please check or replace them after changing guests. 😌

Room 207 is full of mosquitoes at dawn and feels dark

Please review or renovate the deluxe suite rooms. 1. The TV is too small and there are no cable TV channels for movies or sports. 2. The Wi-Fi connection is often intermittent and slow. 3. The room blankets are not very good. They are bed sheets, not blankets.

These 3 times were pretty good and comfortable, but the last time the TV didn't work.
