The hotel is clean, the staff is friendly.

I actually asked for a refund because I booked on the wrong date from last week, but the hotel refused. Huhu, it's so sad, it's a waste 😩

Old hotel, the room was very uncomfortable because the building was old, the mattress and pillow covers were thin and old, the bathroom was old, the lighting was very poor, and many of the rooms were empty, so I was a bit scared, but the view was very nice, there was a swimming pool too

Please improve the cleanliness of the room, because it is dusty and smells damp.

Wow, the place is really nice, the concept is old-school but modern What's more, the room is super duper nice, the view is mountain, the room is clean, the TV is ok, the bathroom is ok Wow, I don't regret coming here I was in room 409, it was really gong, I got this room, it was nice, it was just what I expected I could relax for a while 🙏🏻

When I checked in, I upgraded the room not according to the one booked in the application. The view is okay, direct view of the mountains, only for the bathroom there is no shower, there is only a bed tap, the telephone is broken, it is difficult to order food because it is complicated to go down there are 2 kids, and the food at breakfast is a bit bland, thank God the service is good, in my opinion it is not worth it... Next time it will be improved again.

Staying at Puncak Inn Resort Hotel, the place and the staff service were overall pleasant.. but I felt that the free food menu did not meet the standard of taste and variety when compared to the food menu that was purchased independently or was not free.
