The front desk staff were mean and very condescending. I wasn't allowed to check in before 2 pm even though I had a small child with me, just because she saw I was dressed casually. Then a woman came and checked me in straight away. It was so sad. I even texted them, but they didn't reply. I've been sitting in the lobby since 11 am, and they said if it was possible to check in early, please let me know, but they just ignored me.

I ordered an executive room but it's a deluxe room, the only difference is that it has a bathtub, whereas before the executive room was a large room.

I often stay here, so far everything is ok, only one thing needs to be improved, regarding the unstable wifi connection in the room, thanks

Friendly hotel staff, clean bathroom

My husband, daughter, and I have stayed at this hotel twice, very satisfied with the friendly hotel staff and friendly security guards, the place is also clean, just need to use air freshener so that the room and bathroom smell good and just ask the admin to add it so that when checking in, we don't have to wait long so we don't waste time because checking out here is really on time, there's no delay and so we don't have to queue.

Stayed in room 619, the service from the front office, security, and room cleaning was very satisfying, the room was very clean, clean towels, clean bathroom, cold and quiet AC, very comfortable and very satisfied with the service provided.

The shower system in the bathroom MUST be fixed. If you set it halfway, even to cold, the water that comes out is VERY HOT. You have to wait a long time for it to cool down. THIS IS DANGEROUS, especially for small children to bathe. I stayed for 2 nights in room 610.
