Pelayanannya tidak memuaskan, saat salah parkir tidak memberi tau dengan baik toh membayar dan tidak gratisan. Petugasnya pun tidak mengantar ke kamar hanya memberi arahan dimana letak kamarnya. Hotel bagus tapi berasa pelayanannya seperti hotel kelas melati.

Stafnya gak ramah, orang check in malah main mobile legend 😒 jadinya diajak ngomong gak nyambung banget.
