The room is very spacious and quite complete, the staff is also friendly and very helpful. Unfortunately, for my room on the 2nd floor, the water in the bathroom and toilet flows very small. However, overall, this hotel is quite pleasant.

The room is quite good but there are many shortcomings or are not suitable. The stove cannot be used, the AC is always off, the room smells bad, the TV cannot be used, there is no choice for breakfast.

Overall everything is okay, only the staff there is a bit rude when asked questions. There was no prior notification that the room could not be extended anymore. They should have confirmed it to us first so we could prepare to find another accommodation.

If possible, provide mosquito repellent in the room, because there are many mosquitoes in the room. Improve the service.

Been here a few times, and always fall in love every time. The vibes feel like you're on vacation in Bali. Very comfortable for a staycation here with family or friends, especially in the VIP room.
