Dear Mrs. Ana. We apologize in advance for the pempek food incident. Because we didn't know that in our refrigerator there was food belonging to Mrs. Ana. Because we (my sister and I) keep our food stock for cooking in the refrigerator. My sister, who cooked the pempek, didn't know that the pempek belonged to Mrs. Ana. My sister thought I was keeping the pempek to serve the builders who were working at the villa. If only Mrs. Informed us to leave food in the villa refrigerator. Previously I had WAd in the evening, asking what time to check in? Immediately went into family room number 3, mother already had communication on my WA number. Maybe it was 4 in the morning. When Mom checked in. I wanted to rest, Mrs. Ana was tired of traveling, she didn't have time to think about telling us that she had left her food in our refrigerator. So there was a lack of communication between Mrs. Ana and the hotel. However, we have resolved this problem well. Thank You.
